EARNINGS: £12 per hour

Description

I am currently seeking a personal assistant to support myself to live an independent life. You will be performing personal care, helping around the house with domestic duties, and providing me company. THIS POSITION IS FOR A BANK STAFF WORKER WHO WOULD BE CALLED IN ON VERY SHORT NOTICE TO COVER FOR OTHER STAFF ABSENCE. On some occasions, shifts can be given in advance to cover planned holidays of other staff. If you have limited availability to work due to other obligations, please DO NOT APPLY. We require someone who has the freedom to come into the workplace as and when needed on extreme short notice. This is a zero hour contract with no guarantee of hours.

Duties

1. Administration of medication
2. Assistance with dressing
3. Feeding
4. Assistance mobilizing (I can walk in the house but require some support and assistance. If I leave the house, I use a wheelchair.)
5. Assistance with bathing and shaving
6. Preparing meals and drinks
7. Assistance getting out and about.
8. General housework, hoovering, dusting, ironing, laundry, cleaning down sides etc.
9. General conversation
10. Feed and walk dog, a small female Jack Russell

Requirements

1. Clean driving license essential
2. DBS Check will be required.
3. The knowledge of how to cook fresh meals as well as packaged products is essential

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: £12.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 1 per week
