Job Title: Donor Relations Officer (Temporary)
Location: SW7
Contract Type: Temporary (12 months)
Hourly Rate: £25.00 per hour
Start Date: March 17, 2025
End Date: March 27, 2026
Working Pattern: Full Time

Key Responsibilities:

1. Manage and evaluate direct marketing fundraising campaigns, focusing on donor acquisition, retention, and stewardship.
2. Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to enhance appeal effectiveness and increase donor engagement.
3. Develop compelling narratives to attract new donors and renew existing support.
4. Oversee the donor journey and continuously seek improvements.
5. Maintain and manage the fundraising budget while ensuring effective communication with stakeholders.

What We're Looking For:

1. Educated to degree level or equivalent.
2. Proven experience in project management and campaign delivery.
3. Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a knack for creating engaging content.
4. Familiarity with fundraising databases, ideally The Raiser's Edge.
5. Excellent analytical skills to interpret data and improve campaign performance.
