Role: Structural Engineer

Location: Leeds

Salary: £30,000 - £40,000 depending on experience

I am actively seeking a Structural Engineer to join a successful design practice in one of their offices in Leeds.

Our client largely focuses on the design of building structures, with recent projects including residential apartments, schools, commercial offices, and high-rise domestic structures. You would be working on projects from inception through to completion and offered ongoing support to become Chartered.

As a Structural Engineer, you will:

1. Generate designs, reports, and specifications.
2. Conduct structural surveys.
3. Assist with report writing and bid proposals.
4. Occasionally visit sites.

To be considered for this role, you will have:

1. A strong degree in Civil or Structural Engineering (2,1 or above BEng/MEng).
2. Previous consultancy experience (ideally a minimum of 2 years working on residential and commercial works).
3. Competence in designing with contemporary materials.
4. The ability to work well independently and as part of a team.
5. A valid driving licence to visit sites (ideally).
