IT Technical Support Specialist
Location: UK based with travel; regular travel in UK; occasional travel to continental Europe

Our mission is to enable more people to travel differently, by offering low-cost, low-carbon hotels for everyone; hotels that are simple to book, simple to use and city-focused; hotels that are designed for those travelling on a budget and those who prefer to save money on their hotel to indulge in the best of the city.
We are present in 11 countries with 49 sites, but our goal is to increase our presence in Europe, especially in Germany, France and Spain.
The Role:
To support our growth ambitions, we are recruiting an IT Technical Support Specialist to join our UK Support team. The role will be based at our London office, located in Victoria, two minutes from the station, but will involve some travel to our UK sites as well as occasional travel to sites in France, Spain and the Netherlands.
This role is a great opportunity to be part of a growing, international team. You will be highly visible within the organisation and will interact with varied stakeholders across all parts of the business. You will report to the Senior IT Project Manager, who is based in Paris, so will need to be highly autonomous and able to work without direct daily supervision.
What you will be doing:
As part of the wider IT team, you will be responsible for supporting, monitoring and maintaining our networks, servers and devices while providing exceptional IT Support to our teams.
