School HR Manager - Sittingbourne

Timeplan Education Group are really pleased to be supporting a lovely school in Sittingbourne, Kent during their search for a HR Manager.

This particular school has one of the strongest staffing structures we've seen, and a head that really cares about the personal and professional development of their staff.

This is a full time and permanent position, with a salary of between £28,000 and £40,000 dependent on experience.

Key Responsibilities:

1. To provide high quality professional advice and support to managers and staff for all HR related matters.
2. Manage the recruitment process for the school making sure that all staff are pre-screened, CV's are dealt with efficiently and interviews and shortlists are compiled efficiently too.
3. Undertake specialist and general HR tasks as required and appropriate to the role, reporting any issues back to the Head so that they can be dealt with effectively.
4. Deputise and act up for the Senior Financial Officer with regard to the HR matters, as required, following HR protocol and best practice at all times.
