Cost Accountant - Teesside

This manufacturing business has a need for an experienced Cost Accountant to support the finance department in cost accounting and the preparation of the companies management accounts.

Your new role

1. Providing Product Costing to Commercial and Operations Teams
2. Investigation of Sales and Production Variances
3. Maintain Standard Costs in ERP System
4. Preparation of Sales Analysis
5. Maintain and Reconcile Stock System
6. Preparation of Management Accounts, Budgets and Forecasts
7. Development and Maintenance of Financial Systems
8. Providing Fixed Cost Analysis to Budget Holders
9. Provide timely and accurate information both internally and externally
10. Managing a team member

What you'll need to succeed

• CIMA Part Qualified minimum
• Experience of Microsoft Navision desirable
• Excellent IT Skills (Microsoft Office, SharePoint etc.)
• Knowledge of ERP Systems
• Extensive costing experience (CoGS/BoMS/Std Costing/Works Orders)
• Advanced Excel skills
