Job Title: Life Science Process Expert
Mission: The Life Science Process Expert System Architect will be responsible for the technical governance of Life Science opportunities. The Life Science Process Expert will lead the definition of Life science solutions, capture the customer use cases, and clearly explain the business value of the solution to meet the customer expectations. Work closely with Strategic accounts and solution architects in Life Sciences providing technical guidance during the sales phase.
Key responsibilities:
- Technical authority for design sign off and review.
- Provide consultancy to write and develop specifications.
- Provide technical governance on major projects and complex opportunities.
- Provide support and assistance to Solution Architects.
- Provide technical guidance and direction during execution.
- Provide support including identifying product gaps and enhancements to Offer Management and R&D on product requirements and roadmap.
- Enhance technical skills through personal leadership, training, learning and development to keep abreast and informed of our products, solutions, market, and technology evolution.
- System experts with a deep understanding of Life science applications and technical domain.
- Technical trusted advisor who can provide solutions to inspire, inform and support our sales force and customers.
Skills and attributes:
- Technical lead in System architect design and consulting.
- At least 10 years' experience in a Life Sciences domain.
- At least 10 years' experience working on Life sciences applications project execution/deployment.
- Experience in System Architect Methodology.
- Strong business acumen and experience of competitors systems.
- Demonstrate technical competence, personal development and desire for continual learning and improvement.
- Highly adaptable, mobile and able to multi-task several project activities and support requests working in proactive and reactive mode as necessary.
- Take and manage risk with a sense of accountability. Innovate, generate and promote new ideas.
- Strong communication, listening, problem solving, sharing talents, resources and know-how, influence and convince, collaboration and seeking win-win situations and opportunities.
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
- Understanding of regulatory requirements and guidelines (e.g., FDA, EMA, GMP).
