Position: 1st and 2nd Fix Joiner
Location: B32 3LX (Housing Project)
Duration: 2-3 Weeks (Potential for Ongoing Work Until September)
Start Date: Monday, 17th March
Required: Blue CSCS Card

We are seeking two skilled and reliable 1st and 2nd Fix Joiners for a housing project in the B32 3LX area. The project offers immediate work with the possibility of ongoing opportunities until September.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform 1st and 2nd Fix Joinery work
• Installation of UPVC Fascia and Soffit
• Assist with Roof Works
• General joinery tasks related to housing projects

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a 1st and 2nd Fix Joiner
• Comfortable with both 1st and 2nd Fix Joinery
• Experience with UPVC Fascia and Soffit installation
• Ability to handle roof works on housing projects
• Must have a valid Blue CSCS Card
• Strong attention to detail and a proactive work ethic
• Able to work independently and within a team

The project is scheduled to run for 2-3 weeks, with the potential for further work through to September. Immediate start available on Monday, 17th March.
