The ROLE
Due to continued growth an opportunity has arisen for a strategically important Construction Team Manager to take responsibility for overseeing construction projects, from initiation to completion within the EMEA region. This includes coordinating, budgeting, scheduling, and supervising the work of construction crews and subcontractors. This role requires a flexible and dynamic individual with a passion to deliver complex engineering and construction projects worldwide. Responsible for the development and growth of the construction team and installation business across EMEA, working in a variety of sectors: Power, Petrochemical, Offshore, Refining, Pharmaceutical, etc.

The CANDIDATE
The successful Construction Team Manager candidate will be a talented professional with considerable experience within a similar EPC environment. Some of the experience you will possess includes:

1. Construction & commissioning
2. Excellent team management skills
3. Industrial construction environment experience
4. Strong technically
5. Background in oil & gas/combustion/EPC
6. Willingness to travel
7. Happy to work in the office when not on site

SALARY - Dependent on experience
