1. Dealing with incoming calls and emails
2. Resolving any problems that customers may have
3. Coordinating technicians
4. Updating customers on progress
5. Updating information onto the system

As the Customer Service Coordinator, you will have:

1. Experience of delivering great customer service
2. Problem-solving capabilities
3. Excellent prioritisation skills
4. Good computer skills
5. Great organisation skills
