The Royal Caribbean Group’s (Safety & Marine Standards) Team has an exciting career opportunity for a full-time Manager of Shore-Based Maritime Training & Cadet Programming reporting to the Director of Marine Operations.
Position is onsite and based in Weybridge, UK.
Position Summary:
The Manager of Shore-Based Maritime Training & Cadet Programming is responsible for overseeing and managing the development and implementation of shoreside training programs for shipboard positions. Additionally, this role will develop and implement a cadet training program that drives greater cadet development and ultimately drives higher cadet retention. This role requires collaboration with various departments and stakeholders to ensure the effective delivery of training initiatives. The position is a member of the Safety & Marine Standards division within the Global Marine Operations department of Royal Caribbean Group.
