Financial Reporting Manager | Growing Business | c£70,000 + Bonus & Benefits

We're working with a fast-growing, multi-site business looking to bring in a Financial Reporting Manager to take ownership of their reporting processes and drive improvements across the function.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) who enjoys financial reporting, month-end close, and stakeholder engagement. If you thrive in a dynamic environment where you can make an impact, this could be a great fit.

The Role

• Leading the financial reporting process, ensuring reports are accurate, insightful, and aligned with business needs.
• Owning month-end and year-end reporting, including intercompany reconciliations and group submissions.
• Reviewing finance pack narratives, providing guidance and critique to improve reporting standards.
• Partnering with operational teams to ensure financial reporting reflects real-time business activity.
• Identifying opportunities to streamline processes and improve reporting efficiency.

What They’re Looking For

• Qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) with strong financial reporting experience.
• Background in a fast-moving finance function, comfortable with month-end close and ERP systems.
• Advanced Excel skills and an analytical mindset.
• The ability to communicate financial insights to non-finance stakeholders.
• Experience in revenue accounting or team leadership would be a plus but isn’t essential.
