About the Role

We're looking for a confident, talented leader to join our team reporting to the Professional Hygiene Commercial Director.

Our aim is to better serve customers’ needs by leveraging the power of digital, technology, analytics, and a differentiated omnichannel approach. It requires new thinking, capabilities, and approaches to successfully “bridge” the activities that remain relevant today to the emerging ones required to win tomorrow.

This is a remote role and can be based anywhere in the UK.

What You Will Do

As an Omni Channel Sales Manager, you will be responsible for the Ecommerce and Omni Channel strategy within Professional Hygiene, successfully driving market growth. You’ll take responsibility to devise and implement the strategy and lead the team to deliver on this strategy. You will play a vital role in the upskilling of the current workforce during our digital transformation.

Responsibilities include:

  • Lead, direct, and develop the respective sales team in terms of its structure, people, and performance to achieve maximum efficiency & effectiveness (including personal feedback & development).
  • Drive the Omni Channel approach within UK&I organization and transfer knowledge and skills to peers and team.
  • Translate local business plans together with the team to strong joint Omni Channel plans.
  • Prepare sales forecasts and budgets; monitor sales volume, revenues, and costs against forecasts to identify problem/opportunity areas and adapt procedures.
  • Drive contract negotiations with your team with existing and new strategic customers from an Omni channel perspective.
  • Contribute to the development of sales, marketing, customer retention, advertising, pricing, and distribution plans/strategies for area of responsibility.
  • Responsible for customer profitability.
  • Generate knowledge on market development/customer needs and competitor activities and distribute to internal stakeholders.

You will be a confident, talented, and experienced Sales Manager, with extensive FMCG experience and proven experience of digital transformation initiatives within Ecommerce and Omni Channel. You will also be a highly motivated individual who thrives on success and is eager to progress in your career within a highly reputable global FMCG company.
