This is a full-time, on-site role as a Lettings Negotiator located in Bristol. The Lettings Negotiator will be responsible for managing landlord/tenant matters, coordinating property viewings, and handling tenancy agreements. Day-to-day tasks include liaising with landlords, tenants, and estate agents, ensuring exceptional customer service, and managing the property portfolio efficiently. The role requires strong communication skills and the ability to handle various property management tasks.

Qualifications

• Experience in Landlord/Tenant Matters and Property Management
• Knowledge in working with Estate Agents
• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with the Bristol property market is advantageous
• A valid driver's license is preferred
