Job description

We are looking for a Caretaker to work for our prestigious client based near Bridgewater. The role is a live in position with the accommodation inclusive.

Due to the nature of this role, you will require a full enhanced DBS clearance and 5 years of references.

Salary: 24,300 per annum (inclusive of accommodation)

Hours: 40 hours per week

Location: Near Bridgewater

Main Duties:

  • Maintenance of the property including fixing and repairing
  • Building upkeep
  • Security to ensure everything stays safe
  • Securing the property and being a key holder
  • Upkeep of the grounds
  • Driving around the grounds

Person Specification:

  • Practical hands-on problem solver
  • DIY experience
  • Maintenance experience
  • Working knowledge and understanding of Health and Safety
  • Full UK driving license
  • Experience of working in a school, care home or facility management preferable
