We are looking for a Caretaker to work for our prestigious client based near Bridgewater. The role is a live in position with the accommodation inclusive.

Due to the nature of this role, you will require a full enhanced DBS clearance and 5 years of references.

Salary: 24,300 per annum (inclusive of accommodation)

Hours: 40 hours per week

Location: Near Bridgewater

Main Duties:

Maintenance of the property including fixing and repairing
Building upkeep
Security to ensure everything stays safe
Securing the property and being a key holder
Upkeep of the grounds
Driving around the grounds

Person Specification:

Practical hands-on problem solver
DIY experience
Maintenance experience
Working knowledge and understanding of Health and Safety
Full UK driving license
Experience of working in a school, care home or facility management preferable
