The Role

• Lead and develop a corporate legal team, advising on M&A, corporate finance, governance, and commercial contracts.
• Manage high-value corporate transactions, including legal due diligence and regulatory compliance.
• Represent clients in complex negotiations and strategic corporate matters.

• Qualified Solicitor with 4+ years PQE in corporate law.
