Electronic Repair Technician
Salford
Monday-Friday
8am-4pm
Salary: Competitive
Temp to Perm contract

The Company:
My Client is a leading manufacturing business with a global scope who offer a friendly and dynamic culture.
You will be tasked with repairing several different machines, focusing on the disassembly and reassembly of equipment, diagnostic and fault-finding work as well as testing.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Perform fault finding down to component level on various electronic devices.
2. Diagnose and repair printed circuit boards (PCBs) and other minor electronic components.
3. Utilize testing equipment such as multimeters, oscilloscopes, and signal generators to troubleshoot and verify repairs.
4. Maintain accurate documentation of repairs, including work performed and parts used.
5. Collaborate with team members to improve repair processes and share knowledge.
6. Provide exceptional customer service and support, addressing client inquiries and concerns.

Qualifications:

1. Proven experience in electronics repair, with a focus on PCB and component-level troubleshooting.
2. Strong understanding of electronic principles and circuit design.
3. Proficiency in using repair tools and testing equipment.
4. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
6. Relevant certifications or formal training in electronics repair is a plus.
