LOCATION: Hybrid Working from Home and either the Office in Aberdeen or Dundee – You will also attend Events and there is an expectation to attend the office when requested to do so, for either a working day or in-person meetings

We have a fantastic new job opportunity for a Marketing Manager who has strong digital marketing, including Paid Advertising / PPC experience with multi-channel and multi-market campaign management and copywriting skills.
As the Marketing Manager you will be working closely with the Contracts & Commercial Manager and the Team Leaders to ensure the marketing strategy supports the organisation’s service to deliver on their contractual targets and further develops the brand.

DUTIES
- Brand Management: Ensure brand consistency and messaging aligns with the identity and values of the organisation
- Website Development: Project lead on design, creation of content working with an appointed supplier to deliver website improvement programme
- Tender application support: Provide support and input into tenders and funding applications
- Marketing Strategy: Create and execute the internal and external marketing strategy based on industry trends, SEO, target audiences
- Campaign Coordination: Coordinating campaigns across departments and marketing channels
- Content Creation: Generate content and updates for press releases, social media and website updates
- Event Assistance: Administration and Coordination of events
- Data Analysis: Report on Marketing performance through statistical analysis of campaigns, posts and events
- Administrative Tasks: Manage marketing calendars, campaign timelines and team communications
- Maintain good communication: Across the whole organisation and with all parties involved and work to capture case studies to tell the story whilst achieving agreed service standards to meet contractual agreements
- Increase awareness: Establish and maintain strong media, political contacts and relationships with partner organisations to continue to raise the profile as a go-to organisation to provide expertise in their field
CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS
- Relevant degree or post-graduate qualification or equivalent significant experience
- Experience with developing brands and website content is also favourable but non-essential
- An experienced digital marketer with hands-on marketing experience of running successful paid campaigns
- Proven understanding of managing a or a large public-facing organisation
- Proven experience of developing and implementing successful multi-channel, multi-market campaigns which deliver to organisational objectives, targets and KPIs
- Ability to write standout, engaging copy
- Proficient in relevant campaign management and analytics tools such as Meta Business Suite, Ads Manager, Google Analytics, Google Search Console
- Demonstrable experience of working with Email Service Providers and CRM systems (ie. Dot Digital)
- Creative approach to problem solving
- Communicates with credibility and authority to help others hit deadlines and fulfil briefs
- Self-motivated, proactive and will run marketing as a service to internal clients
- Experience with public relation strategies and the delivery of PR strategies is desirable
