Flexsource NI are currently recruiting for Customer Service Officer on a temporary fulltime basis, with a starting salary of £14.59 per hour
The role:
Be responsible for the delivery of first class customer service, ensuring that written operational and billing customer contacts and complaints are investigated and responded to within Service Level Agreements
Perform end to end case management, preparing responses to written complaints, mail addressed to the CEO/Directors, mail from Elected Representatives etc.
Correct bills and changes to standing data as required
Establish and maintain a rapport with customers
Requirements:
5 or more GCSE’s grade C or above to include English and Math’s
2+ years’ experience in a customer service or contact center environment, where verbal and written response to customers is the primary output
Previous experience of working with a diverse range of stakeholders, using various communication methods
Experience of working to challenging targets and deadlines
