Essential qualifications include City & Guilds Level 2 and F-Gas certification.
Experience in commercial building maintenance is required.

Service and maintenance of various HVAC and refrigeration systems.
Perform duties on split systems, VRVs, VAVs, and chillers.

Job title: Mobile AC Engineer

Location: Central London & within M25

Terms: 08:00AM - 17:00PM, Monday to Friday (40 hours) Overtime Available

Salary/rate: Salary is paying up to £45,000 depending on qualifications and experience.

Requirements:

AC qualified - City & Guilds Level 2 (Essential)
AC qualified - City & Guilds Level 3 (Desirable)
F-Gas qualification (Essential)
Must be able to provide copies of your trade certificates
A proven track record in commercial building maintenance or High-End Residential properties
Multi-skilled
Good communication skills

About the company: A well-established maintenance provider who is renowned for their prestigious contracts is currently recruiting for a Mobile AC Engineer to cover their Central London & within M25 portfolio of High-End Residential properties. This reputable company believes in promoting staff internally and is currently looking to add a strong Mobile AC Engineer to their team.

About the role/Benefits:

Basic Salary of up to £45,000
Monday to Friday 8:00am-17:00pm
Van Mobile - Van & Fuel card - Will be put on callout rota
23 days holiday + Bank Holidays

Responsibilities:

Air conditioning and refrigeration - Service/maintenance
Your main duties will be service and maintenance on split systems, VRVs, VAVs, VRFs, AHUs, FCUs, Chillers, and all HVAC and refrigeration plant.
Electrical knowledge would be beneficial.
Extensive building services knowledge.
