Introduction
An exciting opportunity has arisen to be part of the successful Superdrug Supply Chain; working within one of our three busy Distribution centres as a Team Leader.
This vacancy is for the Stead House Distribution Centre, based in Darlington. The hours will be predominantly as stated above, but flexibility will be required across all other shift patterns.

About the role
A Team Leader is a member of Management who supports the Shift Managers with the daily management/coordination of site operations, assisting with leading a team within a designated area of the Distribution Centre.
Our operation at SHDC provides stock to over 200 stores across the Savers Stores Network. As you can expect, this is a fast-paced role in a busy environment.
A passion for results will ensure that all specified standards are maintained, if not exceeded.
Working as “One Team” to ensure that operational efficiencies are identified and maximised; encouraging growth and innovation within the team, utilising appropriate resources and safe working practices to help create a Supply Chain that makes our customers smile!
