We now have a fantastic opportunity for a Partner Account Manager to join our growing team. In this role you will develop and maintain excellent relationships with new and existing technology partners, such as resellers, accountants, and referrals; resulting in increased levels of business and client retention.

Responsibilities:

  1. Generate sales revenue via the Webexpenses Partner channels.
  2. Drive sales enablement of our reseller partner to increase sales volume and value.
  3. Increase leads from our referral partners.
  4. Sourcing and developing new relationships with businesses identified as prospective partners.
  5. Ensure each partner has a detailed understanding of the proposed solution to be delivered, which incorporates software, delivery, support, and associated services.
  6. Demonstrate the expenses system to support and aid with partners' opportunities.
  7. Build relationships with existing partners by creating and delivering partner activities/communication frequencies specific to each partner.
  8. Work closely with the Marketing team to efficiently fulfill partner requirements e.g., sales collateral, coordinating partner marketplaces.

Key Skills needed for this role:

  • Sales experience - advantageous
  • B2B sales, account management, or partner experience - advantageous
  • Previous experience in a similar role - desirable
  • Competency in MS Office - advantageous
