Technical Sales Representative (Electrical)

Note: Knowledge of electrical bulk material or experience working in a similar technical role is an essential requirement for this position.

Responsible To: Sales Office Manager

Working as a team member where service and quality are key to success.

Main Duties:

• Ensure full and timely progression of customer quotations.
• Assist sales team with technical clarifications/appraisals.
• Co-ordinate orders.
• Maintain and develop good customer and supplier relationships.
• Ensure compliance with quality management system.
• Ensure that all sales transactions are dealt with efficiently and professionally.
• Make sure that all records and files are accurately maintained.
• Undertake other tasks as and when required.

Personal Specifications:

• Must be organised, self-motivated, and have a customer-centric attitude.
• Knowledge of electrical bulk material or experience working in a similar technical role.
• Supply chain experience with a background in Oil and Gas would be advantageous.
• Able to communicate and negotiate effectively with colleagues, customers, and suppliers.
• Computer literate, especially in Excel.
• Ability to work under pressure in a calm and professional manner.
