About the Company - We are currently recruiting for a Senior Staff Nurse to join a neurorehabilitation team focused on improving the lives of individuals with brain injuries. The organization offers expert neurorehabilitation services to support people recovering from trauma, illness, substance abuse, and other causes of brain injury.

About the Role - Lead, coordinate, and supervise a dedicated team to ensure high standards of patient care. Provide clinical leadership, modelling appropriate clinical behaviours, and promoting a culture of recovery. Contribute to the delivery of organizational objectives and enhance the service user experience.

Responsibilities -

  • Deliver clinical leadership to maintain high care standards and adherence to best practice guidelines.
  • Empower staff to provide person-centred care and promote a learning culture within the team.
  • Oversee risk management, safeguarding concerns, and ensure high standards of care.
  • Support recruitment, retention, and mentorship of staff, as well as induction for new team members.
  • Manage direct patient care and contribute to audits, risk assessments, and infection control measures.

Qualifications

  • RMN/RNLD with an active PIN.
  • Two years’ experience in a neurobehavioural setting.
  • Experience in managing a team, conducting capacity assessments, and implementing the Mental Health Act.
  • Knowledge of NMC standards and HR policies/procedures.
  • Experience with CQC inspections and improving service user experience.
