Are you an empathetic Clinical Psychologist with excellent interpersonal skills?

An opportunity has become available for a 8b Clinical Psychologist to work within a physical health setting in a children’s hospital in Coventry, Warwickshire. This is a locum role looking for the Clinical Psychologist to start immediately for an ongoing period of 3 months. The successful candidate will be expected to work full-time hours. The qualified Clinical Psychologist will be expected to help establish a pathway for patients with fatigue, including long Covid. The post holder will also work closely with a wider multidisciplinary team consisting of Occupational Therapists, CBT Therapists, Psychiatrists, and Registered Mental Health Nurses. Travelling to different services and patients’ houses may be required for this position; you must also be fully vaccinated against COVID-19.

To be considered for this role, you must:

• Hold a doctorate in Clinical Psychology
• Be HCPC registered
• Have a proven track record in adult mental health
• Have proven experience in physical health, especially chronic fatigue
• Be analytical and show good attention to detail
