An established industry player is looking for a passionate Speech and Language Therapist to join their adult community team. We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Speech and Language Therapist to join our adult community team on a fixed-term basis to cover maternity leave.
This exciting opportunity offers the chance to develop your skills working with adults with acquired communication and/or swallowing difficulties. You’ll provide therapy in a range of settings including patient homes, care homes, and intermediate care wards.
You will be supported through regular supervision, CPD opportunities, and be part of a team committed to providing high-quality, evidence-based care across a range of adult acquired conditions, including stroke and long-term conditions.
We’re looking for a Band 6 SLT or a Band 5 SLT ready to consolidate their experience in adult community work. You should have:
