Legal PA - Disputes (Part time)

Addleshaw Goddard, a leading firm renowned for its growth and success, is seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Legal PA to join our Disputes practice in Manchester. This part-time role offers the opportunity to provide high-quality support to our team of Partners and fee earners, focusing on the efficient management of non-legal tasks such as complex diary management, billing, matter management, and business development activities.

What You'll Do:
• Responsibilities include collaborating with Finance, the Office of the General Counsel, and Business Development to support financial performance and business development efforts.
• You will manage matter balances, assist with client billing and reports, undertake matter management processes, and ensure adherence to the firm's risk and compliance policies.
• Additionally, comprehensive diary management, efficient travel and meeting arrangements, and utilization of AG's centralised administrative team, the Cube, for administrative support are critical aspects of the role.

Who We're Looking For:
• The ideal candidate will have at least three years of experience in a similar environment, possess excellent communication skills, and demonstrate a high degree of competence with the Microsoft Office suite.
• A commitment to exceptional client service, attention to detail, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team are essential.
• Flexibility to meet client needs and a dedication to exceeding expectations are also key.
