The opportunity
As our Motor Vehicle Workshop Instructor, you will deliver hands-on, practical training designed to equip learners with the skills they need for success in the automotive sector. Your role will be key to their development, providing instruction in a workshop environment, supporting practical learning, and assessing their progress. You will also play a vital part in maintaining a safe and inspiring learning space that encourages growth and confidence.
You will deliver engaging demonstrations, prepare and maintain workshop materials, and assess our students' progress. Collaboration will be central to your role, as you will work closely with teaching staff and course leaders to plan and deliver practical elements of courses. You will also contribute to team meetings, share updates on student progress, and support the smooth running of the workshop.

You will inspire and support students as they develop the practical knowledge and confidence needed to succeed in their careers.
A recognised teaching qualification is desirable, but if you don't already have one, we will support you in obtaining it.
