We are seeking a meticulous and proactive Quality Inspector to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mechanical component inspection, with experience in electrical and/or fiber optic testing. This role is critical in ensuring that our production processes meet stringent quality standards and deliver excellence to our customers.

Key Responsibilities of the Quality Inspector

• Perform inspection stages defined in production procedures
• Conduct and document Product Validation Tests to required specifications.
• Inspection of components and in goods in inspection
• Use of Cmm including programming
• Using all inspection tools like verniers and calipers
• Perform radiographic examination reviews and final inspections, ensuring compliance with drawings, specifications, and contract requirements.

Skills and Experience Required for the Quality Inspector

• Extensive experience in manufacturing processes, product quality standards, and mechanical component inspection.
• Competence in using manual inspection tools, calibration equipment, and X-ray interpretation.
• Use and programming of CMM
• Strong understanding of engineering and assembly drawings.
• Keen attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high-quality standards.
• Background or knowledge on soldering
• Aerospace, Automotive or Precision engineering experience
