The Job:
An experienced Relief Farm Manager is needed to cover poultry farms in Lincolnshire. The role involves overseeing animal welfare, maintaining health, safety, and hygiene protocols, and ensuring the best environment for the poultry. The position includes a chance to develop through the Agriculture Academy and gain further qualifications.

The Candidate:
The ideal candidate will have experience in breeder farm management, a Level 2/3 Poultry Passport qualification, and supervisory skills. A full driving licence is essential, and the ability to work independently and manage teams is required.

The Package:
- £38,000 starting salary, rising to £40,000 after probation
