Are you a dedicated and experienced pharmacist looking to make a real impact in primary care?

Our client has a fantastic opportunity for a pharmacist to join their dynamic clinical team based in a GP surgery in Milton Keynes.

What's on offer?

FTE of £50,000 DOE working 40 hours per week plus benefits! Part-time hours also being considered!

Ideal Requirements for a Primary Care Pharmacist:

1. Extensive experience working in a primary care setting.
2. Demonstrate the ability to manage workload and support pharmacy-related tasks with confidence.
3. Have completed the CPPE General Practice Pharmacist Pathway.
4. Completed the Non-Medical Prescribing qualification.

Role Responsibilities for a Primary Care Pharmacist:

1. Providing expert services and support to patients registered with our Hub.
2. Offering clear and accessible advice on medicines, repeat prescriptions, and general pharmaceutical queries.
3. Identifying and addressing clinical risks in line with professional responsibilities.
