Job Title: Multi-Skilled Engineer / Maintenance Technician

Job Overview

We are looking for a proactive and experienced Multi-Skilled Engineer / Maintenance Technician with a solid background in mechanical and electrical systems. The ideal candidate will have experience in Facilities Management (FM) and will be responsible for carrying out planned and reactive maintenance across a variety of systems on-site.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform preventive and reactive maintenance on mechanical and electrical systems.

  • Diagnose and repair faults to ensure minimal downtime and operational efficiency.

  • Support the implementation of maintenance schedules and ensure compliance with safety standards.

  • Work collaboratively with contractors, subcontractors, and other site personnel.

  • Conduct regular inspections and ensure systems meet operational and safety standards.

  • Maintain accurate maintenance records and documentation.

  • Identify opportunities for improvements and recommend appropriate solutions.

  • Ensure all work is carried out in compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Proven experience as a Multi-Skilled Engineer or Maintenance Technician with both mechanical and electrical expertise.

  • Strong knowledge of building systems, including HVAC, electrical, and plumbing.

  • Facilities Management experience is highly desirable.

  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
