About the Role

As the Executive Chef, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping the culinary identity of our venues. You'll ensure exceptional food quality while fostering a culture of growth within our kitchen teams.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and mentor talented kitchen teams, fostering a positive and high-performing culture.
2. Menu Development: Design and execute innovative menus for our brands, reflecting current food trends.
3. Compliance: Ensure all kitchens adhere to the highest standards of food safety, hygiene, and operational compliance.
4. Kitchen Finances: Oversee budgets, control costs, and drive profitability without compromising quality.

What We're Looking For:

1. Proven experience as an Executive Chef or in a multi-site leadership role.
2. A strong leader with a track record of inspiring and developing teams.
3. A hands-on approach and a passion for delivering exceptional dining experiences.
4. Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
