Chef De Partie / CDP - Full time contract
Rota: 5 days over 7 to include evenings and weekends
Starting no earlier than 07:00 finishing no later than 19:00
Typically 07:00-15:00 Monday to Friday
Experience: Ideally independent schools or boarding houses or 5 star hotel environment
Qualifications: Pref NVQ / City & Guilds / L2 H&S / Enhanced DBS
A strong Commis Chef or Demi CDP with school catering experience
Notes: A team of up to 40 employees, through term time schooling, accompanied by a busy events programme across the academic calendar and non-term time activities.
As part of the Kitchen programme, they run a 'World Food' workshop which teaches the pupils about different tastes, smells and cuisines from across the world.
