The Role of the Business Development Manager:

  1. Work with the Head of Sales and the Commercial Director to establish a sales plan for connected Locker Systems aligning to the business strategy.
  2. Drive growth of the business portfolio of connected locking systems including code managed locking solutions, electronic latches, locker management enterprise software, and locker management mobile applications.
  3. Establish a sales pipeline for Connected Locker Systems from new and existing customers.
  4. Manage all Connected Locker Systems sales opportunities from initial enquiry through to supply of equipment.
  5. Support with the administration and delivery of orders.
  6. Conduct marketing and sales analysis of connected locking systems across the UK and Ireland.

  1. Must have software security experience
  2. An ability to work in a challenging environment
  3. High integrity, demanding, consistent and fair
  4. A strong intellect that can grasp both the bigger picture as well as the detail
  5. Improvement orientated
  6. A good communicator with high standards of presentation
  7. An ability to understand the whole business process
  8. Good financial, numeracy and IT skills
  9. Language skills, although not essential
