The Human Resources Business Partner is responsible for working strategically with the Senior Management Team in Watchfinder to ensure delivery of the agreed strategy and general operational excellence across all regions. This includes, but is not limited to succession planning, talent management, change management, organisational and performance management, learning and development, attraction, retention, and compensation. Providing generalist HR expertise which partners with the business to deliver the full range of HR services. This role also works in close collaboration with the Richemont HQ, to ensure the seamless delivery of global projects and excellent service levels for the global population.
We are on the search for a HR Business Partner to join our central team on a 12-month FTC. This is a great opportunity to join an engaging team of HR Experts and work cross functionally across our manufacturing, operations and growth teams. This role will be based at our HQ in Kent (Kings Hill) and ideally, we’re looking for someone to join us in January/February 2025.

3rd Stage – Final Interview with a member of the HR Team plus one other person within the client group.
