Brook Street is hiring an Admin Officer to join the team at Newcastle County Court. This is an excellent opportunity for an organised and detail-oriented individual looking for a stable and rewarding administrative role.

Location: Newcastle County Court, Barras Bridge, Newcastle upon Tyne, NE1 7PF

Hours: Monday - Friday, 37 hours per week

Pay Rate: £11.59 per hour - Weekly Pay

Contract: Immediate start until 31/12/25, with a strong possibility of extension

Key Responsibilities
  • Handling public enquiries professionally and efficiently
  • Opening, dispatching, and managing post
  • Preparing and checking papers and files
  • Photocopying, filing, and data entry
  • Maintaining accurate records on the in-house system
  • Supporting general office administration as needed
What We're Looking For
  • Strong IT skills, including proficiency in Word and Excel
  • Fast and accurate data entry skills
  • A proactive, organised, and target-driven approach
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • A team player with a professional attitude
