Do you love getting ‘down and dirty’ with the data? Extracting, understanding, interpreting and building data structures and visualisations, then presenting these?

We are looking for a self-driven individual, with sharp attention to detail, who loves getting ‘down and dirty’ with data. The successful candidate will have a strong background in building data structures and visualisations, be comfortable communicating with business leaders, and have the desire to identify areas for improvement.

You’ll be working within the Central Marketing team that supports all global regions with demand generation, creative support and business intelligence. The role can be based in our Milton Keynes office, hybrid or remote within the UK.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

As a key member of the wider Marketing team, you’ll help our business answer its biggest questions through the creation of always-on analytics that empowers teams to make fast and effective decisions. Your contribution to the overall customer experience will be instrumental.

To break it down, your responsibilities will include:

  • Work with functional teams to understand business intelligence requirements and deliver new insights that help teams meet business objectives.
  • Maintain business intelligence platforms ensuring data accuracy and meeting on-time delivery SLA’s.
  • Support key business initiatives and improvement events with analytical support and sustainment reporting.
  • Effectively manage workload and ensure that the highest impact activities are prioritized.
  • Develop data management and analytics best practices and deploy processes across the business.
  • Manage primary BI platform (Domo) ensuring that workflows are operational, and dashboards are maintained.

ABOUT YOU:

You will be living within the UK and have full rights to work without the requirement of sponsorship now or in the future.

To be successful in this role, YOU MUST HAVE:

  • 3-5 years experience working in business analytics (Marketing/Sales preferable).
  • Advanced analytics skill set, covering excel and business intelligence platforms.
  • A high level of SQL (or equivalent) coding capability.
  • A proven record of creating data structures and visualizations in BI platforms (Domo Preferable).
  • Bachelor’s degree (degrees specializing in Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, and Data Science, are desirable).
  • Additional data science certification is desirable.
  • Experience in marketing and sales technology is highly desirable (Salesforce.com, Hubspot, Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads).
  • The desire to learn business processes and understand the questions we need to answer.
  • Collaborative working style with a focus on building strong relationships.
