Robert Bromley Building Contractors Limited is a small family run business in Stoke on Tern. We undertake a variety of works, refurbishment, extensions and new builds. We also very much enjoy working with clients who own listed/conservation area buildings. We are lucky to have an excellent team of people working for and with us.

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Construction Site Manager located in Stoke On Tern. The Construction Site Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations at various construction sites, ensuring that safety regulations are followed, coordinating with subcontractors and suppliers, managing site personnel, and ensuring that project deadlines and budgets are met. The role will also involve planning, scheduling, and supervising all activities on the site to ensure that projects are completed to the highest standards of quality.

Qualifications and Skills

• Site Management and Construction Site Management skills
• Experience in Planning and Scheduling including the use of MS Projects
• Strong Cost Control and Budgeting abilities
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and handle complex tasks
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Bachelor's degree or NVQ in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field is preferred but not essential. A good understanding of the CDM Regulations 2015.
• SMSTS preferred
• Experience in the construction industry vital
• If you have a background in a trade all the better
• Experience of conducting tool box talks
