The Role

This West End firm is seeking to hire a Business Immigration Partner to join its growing and vibrant office.

You will work as part of a small team of three, alongside one other partner. The firm launched its corporate immigration department two years ago, and since then, things have gone from strength to strength. The department was launched off the back of the firm's corporate commercial and employment departments. You will work with the other partner and the wider partnership to continue to drive the business immigration department forwards.

You will work with business owners, HNW individuals, company directors, chief executives, overseas individuals, and individuals in the public eye.

Your caseload will include but not be limited to: Global mobility visa, high potential visa, skilled worker visa, sports persons, administrative review, start-up visa, and visa appeals.

Requirements

• You will be a Business Immigration Solicitor with at least 8 years PQE (there is no upper limit regarding the amount of PQE).
• You will have first-class client skills.
• You will be a team player.
• Good business development and networking experience is essential.
• Package is negotiable and competitive depending on your background.
