Part of Crimson Hotels, The Trafalgar St. James, Curio Collection by Hilton is a 5 Star hotel with 131 bedrooms including 3 signature suites, and a number of venues consisting of our unique Rooftop bar and Rockwell that pride themselves in the quality of food service that they provide.

The Role

We are seeking a highly talented, experienced Junior Sous Chef to join the aspirational culinary teams of our unique restaurants situated at The Trafalgar St James.

The Junior Sous Chef would deliver excellence in every service they lead in tandem with the senior chefs that form the culinary team. As Junior Sous Chefs at The Trafalgar St James, the expectations are extremely high to consistently ensure the utmost distinction on standards of food and service are maintained. This role will lead the culinary team to deliver an exceptional culinary experience through strong leadership, guidance, and coaching.

The Junior Sous Chef will be culinary passionate and possess strong communication skills, develop, and upskill the junior team, whilst being effective support to the senior culinary team, to deliver consistently as one team.

The Person

A strong leader, who will have a background in the finest kitchens and will be looking to develop your career within our Lifestyle Luxury Hotel. You will be a passionate Junior Sous Chef, with a proven track record of managing a junior team or solid Senior CDP experience looking for an opportunity to progress within a team like no other, who is hardworking and has the drive and determination to ensure consistency is maintained.
