Job Overview:
Mistral, Inc. is seeking a Robotic Field Service Representative at its production facility in Nottingham, Maryland. Headquartered in Bethesda, Maryland, Mistral Inc. is a member of the Mistral Group, a team of independent companies, each operating in different markets worldwide, while collectively sharing the mission of "Bridging" operational gaps in the Defense and Law Enforcement Markets with practical, innovative, and high readiness solutions.

Position Location: Nottingham, Maryland

Position Type: Full-time and in-office. Some travel required.

Key Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

1. Serve as the robotic technical expert while supporting a technical relationship with robotic partners and customers.
2. Develop and maintain a comprehensive knowledge base of robotic products and services, staying abreast of the latest industry trends and technological advancements.
3. Conduct operator and technician training to customers on supported robot systems.
4. Diagnose and repair technical issues, providing prompt and accurate solutions to ensure minimal downtime for our clients.
5. Support in Product Design and Improvements:
1. Work closely with the Engineering and Marketing departments to support the design and development of new products, as well as enhancements to existing offerings.
2. Participate in product testing phases, providing critical feedback to refine product features and usability.
6. Assist in the creation of technical manuals and training programs, ensuring they are technically accurate and easy to understand.
7. Support at trade shows, customer demonstrations, and training sessions, showcasing our products' features and benefits effectively to potential clients.
8. Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Background:

1. Background in robotics/electronics is required.
2. FAA 107 pilot (or the ability to become one).
