We are currently recruiting a Salesforce Senior Engineering Lead to join our team. If you are an experienced Salesforce professional who would love a hands-on team lead role, this role is for you.

This role is based in London and requires travel to the client's office 3 times/week.

Some of your key responsibilities will be to:

1. Customize and configure Salesforce applications to meet business requirements.
2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and develop Salesforce solutions using Angular and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
3. Create and maintain technical documentation for Salesforce solutions.
4. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Salesforce configurations and customizations.
5. Stay updated with the latest Salesforce features and best practices to ensure optimal performance and scalability.
6. Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
7. Customize standard Salesforce objects and create custom objects, fields, and relationships as needed.
8. Design, develop, and maintain custom solutions on the Salesforce platform, including Apex, Lightning Components, Visualforce, and Flows.
9. Develop triggers, batch jobs, and asynchronous processes for scalable solutions.
10. Testing the stability and functionality of the application in DEV environment.
11. Agile approach to manage incoming requirements via Tasks, bugs, user stories via tickets.
12. Support system migrations, including Sandbox-to-Production deployments, version control, and change management processes.

The experience you will need to demonstrate:

1. Experience in cloud.
2. Strong knowledge of Salesforce configuration and customization.
3. Experience with CSS/HTML.
4. Proficiency in Angular and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
5. Salesforce Configuration and Customization experience.
6. Versioning.
7. Java Scripting.
8. SQL.
