Job Description

  • Design Creation: Deliver high-quality, on-brand designs for a variety of assets, including magazines, guides, campaigns, web, and social media.
  • Information Content Design: Collaborate with Programmes, Animal Welfare, and External Affairs teams to update and review informative materials.
  • Creative Support: Assist with design for key campaigns and partnerships across the charity.
  • Present Project Updates: Document and present design visions to stakeholders.
  • Provide Design Feedback: Review designs by agencies and suppliers, ensuring alignment with visual identity.
  • Champion Brooke Brand: Contribute to brand strategy and maintain consistency across design projects.
  • Monitor Workstreams: Oversee projects from brief to delivery, ensuring timelines and budgets are met.
  • Accessibility Knowledge: Apply design principles across various formats with an understanding of accessibility.
  • Support FundComms Team: Assist with brand development and key fundraising projects.
  • Professional Development: Stay updated on design trends and innovate in design.
  • Relationship Building: Build relationships with external freelancers/agencies and internal teams to deliver creative projects.


The Successful Applicant

The successful candidate will be a creative and adaptable designer with a strong understanding of both online and offline design, capable of bringing the brand and its mission to life across a variety of assets. They will be collaborative, working closely with cross-functional teams such as Fundraising, Programmes, Animal Welfare, and Partnerships to ensure design consistency and high-quality output.

Salary: £30,000 - £35,000 per annum
