Job Title: Commis Chef – Continental Cuisine (UK)

Location: United Kingdom

Job Type: Full-Time

Eligibility Criteria:

• Must be under 26 years of age
• Must be a graduate
• Need for UKVI IELTS or UKNARIC

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Assist in the preparation and cooking of continental cuisine dishes following standardized recipes and presentation guidelines.
• Ensure food safety and hygiene standards are maintained at all times in compliance with UK regulations.
• Support the CDP and Head Chef in daily kitchen operations, including food preparation, plating, and kitchen maintenance.
• Work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment, ensuring smooth service during peak hours.
• Monitor and maintain the quality and freshness of ingredients used in food preparation.
• Assist in stock control, inventory management, and kitchen organization to ensure efficient workflow.
• Participate in kitchen cleaning and sanitization tasks, ensuring all equipment and workstations are maintained properly.
• Follow health and safety regulations, including proper handling of kitchen equipment and hazardous materials.
• Adapt to menu changes and new culinary techniques, contributing ideas for improvement.
• Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to maintain a positive and professional working environment.
