We are looking for an excellent Digital Designer with experience in B2B, ideally in Tech, Fintech, and/or Health/Pharma sectors.

Salary: £45,000 - £60,000 per annum Location: South East England, Buckinghamshire Job Type: Permanent

This Designer will play a crucial role within the business, creating and assisting in the delivery of high-level creative campaigns, including reports, eBooks, social media content, websites, mobile UI/UX, EDMs, presentations, brochures, infographics, storyboards, and ongoing communications for our clients.

Leading B2B Digital Design Agency based in Buckinghamshire. A team of channel specialists, designers, developers, copywriters, strategists, and digital marketing experts, working with some of the biggest names in the Tech/Fintech industries.

• Work closely with the Head of Design, Head of Digital, and Client Services
• Deliver and manage projects from conception through to completion
• Must have a digital design background competent in Figma and XD from concept and design to prototypes for responsive desktop and mobile
• Collaborate with the Head of Content for concepts
• Read and understand technical briefs and create content-led designs
• Design creative content to the highest standard
• Produce impactful PowerPoint presentations/pitches

A love for creativity, design, and digital. Thriving in a fast-paced environment with enthusiasm and excitement to learn is essential.

• At least 5+ years of experience working within a fast-paced agency – Tech, Fintech, or Technical Verticals preferable
• Strong portfolio demonstrating critical design principles, flair, and typography
• Highly skilled in Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, XD/Figma, and Photoshop
• Digital design experience and UX methodology
• Proficient in PowerPoint, creating high-end presentations

You must be fluent in English and have the right to work in the UK.
