About The Role
As an AI Engineer, you’ll use Generative AI to enhance operations, power client-facing products, and strengthen our data-driven culture.
Owning the full AI lifecycle, you’ll take ideas from proof of concept to deployment and continuous evaluation. Our AI initiatives span categorization, summarization, data analysis, automated content generation, and rich media analysis - leveraging both existing AI/ML tools (LLMs, RAG, embeddings, agentic workflows) and custom solutions.
You’ll collaborate across teams to build practical, scalable AI solutions - where precision matters. With a "you build it, you run it" mindset, you’ll stay hands-on throughout development. We’re looking for an AI-first engineer who drives real value with LLMs and brings bold ideas to life.
ResponsibilitiesWho You’ll Report To
You’ll be working directly with Stephen, a tech wizard with a diverse background spanning web technologies, the game industry, and VFX. Over the past 3 years at Vidsy, he’s been leading the charge in Operations, Business Intelligence, and Engineering & Product Delivery. More recently he’s been diving deep into the world of Artificial Intelligence, building and leading a cross-functional team that’s driving Vidsy’s AI initiatives forward.
The Interview Process
30 minute Introductory Call – A conversation with a member of our Talent Team to get to know each other.
60 minute Video Interview – A discussion with Stephen and another Engineering Team member about the role and your experience.
120 minute Final Interview – Covering a practical task, technical assessment and some soft skills / cultural interviewing.
