Static Multi–skilled Building Services Engineer – London, temp to perm

A leading FM company with contracts in Data Centres, high end offices, and other commercial buildings, as well as high-end residential properties, currently have a key requirement for an experienced Static Multi–skilled Building Services Engineer based in Mayfair, London. The position offers £23 per hour for 8 hours per day, temp to perm, with a basic salary of up to £45K depending on experience. As a Static Multi–skilled Building Services Engineer, you will be:

• Carrying out regular PPM's on all Mechanical plant and assisting with Electrical systems.
• Attending breakdowns on all Mechanical plant and Electrical systems.
• Completing PPM's on AHU's, FCU's, and other mechanical plant.
• Completing reactive plumbing work and maintenance.
• Paid up to £45K depending on experience, with a package and company benefits.
• Based around Mayfair.

Requirements for the Static Multi–skilled Building Services Engineer:

• Experience in PPM's on all Mechanical and Electrical plant room equipment.
• NVQ/City Guilds in Plumbing or Electrical.
• Fault finding and repair experience on all Mechanical and Electrical plant.
