An established industry player is seeking a dedicated Candidate Manager to join their dynamic Temp/Agency Team in Manchester. This full-time role offers the flexibility of working from home, while ensuring you manage the candidate experience from advertising and marketing to onboarding. With at least 2 years of experience in resourcing temp workers, particularly drivers, you will play a crucial role in ensuring compliance and supporting candidates throughout their journey. A Candidate Manager is required for a busy Temp/Agency Team of recruiters based in Manchester.
This can be a work from home role, full time, Monday to Friday with flexibility to be available over the weekends should the need arise.
The Candidate Manager will need to have at least 2 years experience in resourcing temp/agency workers, particularly drivers of all levels.
You will need to be very familiar with and up to date with all compliance, RTW, and license checks for such workers.
Your role will not be client-facing. You will be managing the candidate experience from advertising, marketing, and key approaches through to onboarding and first day check-ins. You will be the liaison for your candidates throughout the process and continue to be a support throughout their entire contract.
