We are looking for a curious and driven Customer Success Manager to join our rapidly growing international team. This role would be well-suited for someone with 3+ years of work experience in a customer-facing capacity. The ideal candidate will possess impeccable relationship management skills, technological aptitude, a problem-solving attitude, and a demonstrated ability to motivate and grow customer accounts. This role will report to the Customer Success Team Lead and is full-time remote. This hire will support our customers in EMEA.
